On Monday, the court released orders from the February 28 conference, granting four cases for a total of three hours of oral argument for the 2020 term. The justices heard oral argument in Nasrallah v. Barr and Department of Homeland Security v. Thuraissigiam.
On Tuesday, there is a possibility of opinions at 10:00 a.m. The justices will hear oral argument in Seila Law v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Liu v. Securities and Exchange Commission.
On Wednesday, the justices will hear oral argument in June Medical Services v. Russo.
On Friday, the justices will meet for their March 6 conference.
