Danielle Roberts is an entrepreneur who in 2005 founded Boomer Benefits, a national agency specializing in Medicare-related insurance products.

She’s got a remarkable story!

Her company is nationally prominent, serving thousands of Medigap policyholders in 48 states. As she discussed with me, she found a market with enormous future growth and without any previous experience in this field, she made it all happen.

Key to her strategy has been educating the public about Medicare through an enormous social media presence, which she continues to grow. With all that free education and positive energy, when folks are looking to cover their gap in coverage, guess who they turn to? Danielle also brought her brother David onboard early-on, who’s got his own impressive expertise in finance and accentuates growth.

I got the feeling from speaking with Danielle that the two of them complement each other incredibly well. Bring in talent (you can’t do it all yourself), work with people you know and trust,  and complement your own expertise – listen up future business owners!

Another great interview with a self-made entrepreneur makes for valuable lessons for all of us!
